Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of customer queries.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve the overall customer experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the financial or investment industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
